Custom Molding

Packshine is equipped with engineers who have more than 25 years in developing and manufacturing vacuum insulated bottles, and therefore has the capability to provide custom molding service to customers who want to create brand new shapes of bottles.

Our engineers will evaluate customers’ design ideas and give professional advices on necessary modifications, possible molding options, costs, etc.

We provide custom molding for:

• Stainless steel body
• Injection molded plastic parts (such as bottle lids)
• Silicone accessories (gaskets, sleeves, etc.)
